Jocelyne has over 25 years of business experience in the field of education, training, senior management and business entrepreneurship. She has recently retired as an International advisor at the Collège Communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick. Prior to that, she has been the Director of the Centre for International Business Studies at the Université de Moncton where Jocelyne has coordinated and participated in many trade missions around the world involving students and Canadian companies. In September 2008, she was nominated by the Minister of Health to the Board of Directors of the new Health Authority. She served on boards such as the Export Development Canada (EDC) and International Educators Association of Canada.
