This dynamic, enterprising, and resourceful professional has achieved mastery in many areas.

Josée has owned and operated her own public relations and consulting firm and has worked in a variety of businesses in different management capacities. She has been instrumental in the economic development of her region for over fifteen years and most recently within the post-secondary education sector.

A skilled writer and communicator, Josée holds a bachelor’s in communications and business from Université de Moncton. Furthermore, she also garnered a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.

Josée has helped many small business owners to achieve their goals over the years, but it has been the countless hours of volunteer work and community building projects that she is the proudest.  Since May, this civic-minded individual holds the seat of Deputy Mayor on the Drummond Village Municipal Council, where she was first elected as councillor in 2016.

The proud mother of two adult children, Josée lives in Drummond with her husband. She is an avid gardener, a voracious reader, a life-long learner and a truly engaged and empowered citizen.
