Nacole Charlie is the Development Officer for Indigenous Women Entrepreneurs, with a passion for community growth and empowerment. As a proud Indigenous woman from the Sto:lo First Nation territory, she brings a unique perspective and a decade of experience in not-for-profit organizations to her role.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University, Ontario, and certification in Understanding the Foundations of Trauma-Informed Care, she possesses a deep understanding of human behavior and community dynamics. Her career has been marked by strong leadership, policy implementation, and staff development.

As the former Executive Director of Anishinabek Child & Youth Prevention Services, she played a pivotal role in advocating for children and families, overseeing program budgets, and facilitating community development. She understands the complexities of fostering growth and empowerment within Indigenous communities.
